TOO COLD OUTSIDE
Jim had no choice when it came to his medicine options. He could only take one type of medicine that seemed to work. The rest he tried over a period of several weeks, and they had no effect. He hopes to get off his meds, and I do too. He wanted me to go walking with him today, but it's only going to be a high of 3 below zero. That's not walking, it's torture. He is determined, though. You've got to hand it to him, but for me, I'll pass. It's not good to take all that cold air into your lungs. I can really feel that icy air, and when I breathe it almost sears my lungs. I'll be glad when summer gets here. But that's a long way off. Just the other day I heard that the ground hog saw his shadow and we've got six more weeks of winter. The other day I did walk with Jim, but it was much warmer than the temperatures we are getting today. So it was no problem to get out there. We walked around the neighborhood and over to the golf course. I'm not a golfer, but Jim is. He was saying that he can't wait until he can get back out on the links.
