We are one of the few companies that pride ourselves in this area of expertise and there are not too many additional companies like us in the Chicago area. I am truly serious when I say it is a very hard thing to clean an Oriental rug and do the job properly. Since there are so many different materials and each one needing special care, we must learn about each material individually. Before we even begin cleaning an Oriental rug we analyze it as to any special needs, such as repairs or spotting. You need a lot of good equipment along with a lot of good and trustworthy employees. I have to make sure every step in the cleaning process is done correctly. We take no shortcuts and give each rug we clean special attention. My company has been around for a while and I intend to keep it around even longer. We are hoping to expand our business through word of mouth experiences. We feel our reputation speaks for itself and this will help expand our customer base.
