CLEANING AN ORIENTAL RUG

My neighbor, Anna, saw a beautiful antique Oriental rug at an estate sale. She really wasn’t thinking about purchasing an Oriental rug but something about it just drew her to it. She really thought it attractive, liked the color and design and felt if would make a good addition for her dining room. She decided to purchase it and asked her son if he would be able to pick it up on the weekend. Her son and a friend were able to roll up the rug and put it in the back of a pick-up truck. When they got it to her home, so looked in over and decided she wanted it cleaned before she placed it in her home. She thought Oriental rug cleaning in Chicago would be an easy task to find. She was worried about picking out a reputable company that was knowledgeable with antique Oriental rug cleaning. She didn’t want this beautiful rug to get ruined by a cleaning company that didn’t have expertise with antique Oriental rugs. She had made many calls and asked them a lot of questions. Since she wasn’t the original owner, she wasn’t sure where or when it was last cleaned. She could tell it was well taken care of and wanted to make sure to keep it in the best condition possible. The rug has now been expertly clean and laid and she is enjoying her purchase.
